1. About Our Product
Barwraps Co. sells personalized pre-designed decorative chocolate wrappers only.
We do not sell chocolates. Customers must purchase chocolates separately.
All wrappers are designed to fit standard large-format rectangular chocolate bars (approx. 100g–150g), but compatibility may vary depending on brand and packaging dimensions. Here is a guide of compatible chocolate bars for our A5-sized wrappers.
Chocolate is not included with any purchase.
2. Independent Brand Disclaimer
Barwraps Co. is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any chocolate manufacturer including but not limited to Cadbury, Amul, Nestlé, Lindt, Hershey’s, or others.
All brand names mentioned on the website are for compatibility reference purposes only.
3. Product Use
Our wrappers are decorative paper products intended for gifting purposes.
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring proper fit before use
- Applying wrapper carefully
- Using appropriate adhesive (tape/glue) or use the already available double sided tape.
Barwraps Co. is not responsible for improper wrapping, damage to chocolate packaging, or incorrect application.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.
5. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders may require advance payment and longer processing time.
Customized or personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the product (printed decorative material):
- Opened or used wrappers are not eligible for return.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refund or replacement decisions are at our discretion after review.
Digital products (if applicable) are non-refundable once delivered.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, branding elements, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Barwraps Co.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or redistribution of designs is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Barwraps Co. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Compatibility issues due to packaging size variations
- Misuse of the product
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid by the customer.
