1. Order Cancellation
A. Standard Orders (Non-Customized)
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
B. Customized / Personalized Orders
Customized or personalized orders (including name/photo prints) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Since these products are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless defective.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (printed decorative wrappers):
We do not accept returns for:
- Used wrappers
- Opened packaging
- Change of mind
- Incorrect chocolate size purchased by customer
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- An incorrect product
- A defective print
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement
OR - Refund (at our discretion)
4. Non-Delivery / Lost Packages
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Please contact the courier first.
- If unresolved, contact us within 3 days.
Refunds for lost shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis after investigation.
5. Refund Processing Time
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited via the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Digital Products (If Applicable)
If you offer downloadable wrappers:
All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.
7. Bulk Orders
Bulk or event-based orders are non-refundable once printing has begun.
Please confirm quantities and design carefully before approval.
